YCSPL Appraised at CMMI Level 3

At YCSPL quality is a tangible commodity valued throughout the organization, and frequently praised by our clients. YCSPL has been appraised at Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)®.
CMMI® – a capability improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performances.
An appraisal at maturity level 3 indicates that YCSPL is performing at a “defined” level. At this level, processes are well characterized and understood and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods.

Processes

YCSPL has a set of standard processes, which is the basis for maturity level 3, which is established and improved over time. Effective processes include a structured approach in the field which enables to deliver of a high degree of value to clients through capabilities.

Monitoring

YCSPL systematically monitors its quality through feedback from Clients, individual self-assessment, regular management reviews, and an annual quality assessment. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and quality targets are constantly measured and analyzed. We strive to meet every target. However, when targets are not reached, corrective actions and potential adjustments are implemented, the results of which are closely monitored.

ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 – Service Management System (SMS) Certification

YCSPL is committed to using best-in-class methods, and its ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 certification shows this commitment.
The ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 is an IT Service Management System (SMS) standard. It specifies requirements for the service provider to plan, establishes, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain and improve an SMS. The requirements include the design, transition, delivery, and improvement of services to fulfill agreed service requirements.
