Gujarat Government has taken the initiative to correct & update village land records, as well as city survey records to update land records for development purposes/construction, which will be permissible /made as per law. Government introduces the City Survey u/s 95,131 of LRC. District Collector/survey officer fixes such limit of city Survey area u/s 126 of LRC. Under the land Revenue code, a property card is being prepared and a Record of Rights for various properties is registered.
This project covers 70 villages in seven districts of the Ahmedabad Division (10 Villages in each District) with approximately 116245 properties. The company has assigned the work to 7 districts Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Sabarkantha, Aravalli, Patan Banaskantha, and Mehsana Districts of Gujarat.
