Topographical & land identification survey of railway, Kota

Firm assigned work of updating, reconciling, certification, and computerization of land plans of railway and plans for stations, yard, and railway colonies, and mid sections on Kota Division for a length of 180 Km.

Village Development Plan Rajasthan

A majority of the villages in the state of Rajasthan still face constraints such as access to education, health facilities, drinking water, power, roads, credit, information, and market. Against this background, the Government of Rajasthan intends to prepare the Village Development Plan (VDP) which would go a long way in ensuring holistic and integrated development of the concerned villages. Firm assigned work of preparation of GIS-based Master Plan of action of 5 Villages of Rajasthan viz. Chhapoli, Malsisar, GudharGorji, Mandrella, Sultana.

Street Vending Plan

11 towns in the State of Rajasthan, were allotted for the preparation of the street vending plan. The town namely Sri Ganganagar, Bikaner, Hanumangarh, Sikar, Jhunjhunu, Kishangarh, Ajmer, Beawar, Bhilwara, Sawai Madhopur, and Udaipur were taken up, and a draft vending plan of all cities submitted for TVC approval, vendors survey and their vending cards prepared for each town as desired by concern MC’s.

Property Card (Gamthan Area survey)

Gujarat Government has taken the initiative to correct & update village land records, as well as city survey records to update land records for development purposes/construction, which will be permissible /made as per law. Government introduces the City Survey u/s 95,131 of LRC. District Collector/survey officer fixes such limit of city Survey area u/s 126 of LRC. Under the land Revenue code, a property card is being prepared and a Record of Rights for various properties is registered.
This project covers 70 villages in seven districts of the Ahmedabad Division (10 Villages in each District) with approximately 116245 properties. The company has assigned the work to 7 districts Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Sabarkantha, Aravalli, Patan Banaskantha, and Mehsana Districts of Gujarat.

Prithavi Raj Nagar Yojana, Jaipur

Prithvi Raj Nagar Yojana is the biggest scheme of Jaipur Development Authority (JDA), on the privately acquired land. For the last 22 years, PRN Yojana is under dispute and the matter of acquisition has been prejudiced by the court, JDA has never succeeded in having the real physical possession of the acquired land at the site, in lieu of which the unauthorized settlement has been started to develop. The main purpose of the study is: To prepare a Detailed Project Report for Prithvi Raj Nagar Yojana and to Create A – grade facilities and infrastructure for the planned growth of the region within the place of Jaipur City Development Plan.

Housing for All Plan of Action, PMAY, Haryana

The firm was assigned work of surveying 80 towns of Haryana for the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) Project an initiative by the Government of India for providing Affordable housing. One of the main objectives of this project is to conduct a digital survey of these assigned towns. For the digital survey, we have developed a mobile application and backend panel which provides real-time data sync with servers.

GIS Master Plan Rajasthan

Firm assigned work of preparation of GIS based Master Plan of action of 12 towns of Rajasthan viz. Sikar, Junjnu, Gajsinghpura, Kesrisinghpur, Vijaynagar, Karanpur, Padampur, Raisinghnagar, Rawatsar, Jhazpur, Pali, Sri Ganganagar. The Master Plan has been approved by the Government of Rajasthan. It has comprehensive integration of all aspects. It is been identified a list of proposed urban land use and transport measures to be implemented within a time span of 20 years or more. It aims to promote growth and regulate the present and future development of towns and cities. The main aim of the GIS based Master plan is to provide planned development both conceptually and operationally.
